Few months back, right when I reached Haneda Airport in Tokyo, first thing that I want to check out was the toilet.
Indeed, curiosity killed the cat.
When I entered the ladies, reaching my expectation, the toilet was superbly cleaned!
[PICTURES]
So clean that I can lay down and 'guling-guling' like we do on our bed. And the toilet bowl,
were all automatic, reflecting how advanced the technology in Japan. So many buttons to
touch!
And almost all the toilet in in Japan were functioning well across my travelling time in
Japan.
Last week, my Japanese friend went to a public toilet in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Right after doing "her business" in toilet, she said to me, "Sya***, I can't flush the toilet.
What I'm supposed to do?"
I feel like someone kicking onto my face. ;(
It was embarrassment knowing that our toilet is not functioning well and the cleanliness
totally out of place!
I don't want to blame anybody but the issues is the significance of cleanliness and hygienic
must not be overlooked by any society.
Then, I replied back to my Japanese friend, "Just leave it, someone will fix it"
In my sense, right thing to do after the incident was informing the authorities.
Society should not only complaining but act. Actions speak more than words..
